Deputies Arrest Kevil Man after Search of Home

A man was arrested Friday on drug charges after a search of a Kevil home.

The Ballard County Sheriff's Office says deputies executed a search warrant on Friday at a home on Gage Road. Deputies said they found about 30 grams of suspected marijuana, THC vape cartridges and several unknown pills. They also seized two guns, scales, and more than $400 in cash.

Deputies arrested 21-year-old Tyrell Byas on charges of firearm enhanced possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, trafficking in marijuana less than 8 oz and possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Ballard County Jail.
