The Mayfield Police Department says 38-year-old Jeremy Price was traveling south on the Dick Castleman Bypass, near Douthitt Street, when his vehicle hydroplaned. Price then lost control of his vehicle, and it went off the road, into a ditch and struck a fence.
Price was transported by ambulance to Jackson Purchase Medical Center for treatment of his injuries.
The crash happened around 7:15 am.
