Community leaders, churches, and the public are encouraged to attend the city's history celebration. The guest speaker will be the President of the Paducah Chapter of the NAACP, J.W. Cleary, with musical entertainment by the Second Christian Choir, Taylor Leavell, the Apostolic Praise Team and Pastor Steve Melvin.
Special recognition will be given to an “Outstanding Community Partner”. Door prizes will also be given.
