KYTC Department of Rural and Municipal Aid Field Rep Mark Welch and Commissioner Gray Tomblyn II will be at the Ballard County courthouse for a presentation Tuesday at 9 am, then at the Carlisle County courthouse at 9:30 am.
The Benton meeting will take place at City Hall on Thursday at noon, then they will be at Mayfield City Hall on Thursday at 1:30 pm.
