Deputies entered the home to search for the man and reportedly saw numerous items of drug paraphernalia with visible drug residue in plain sight.

During a search of the home, deputies found numerous items used to smoke and snort methamphetamine, marijuana and synthetic marijuana. According to deputies, McDowell was found in possession of a baggy containing spice and a razor blade.
