The Marshall County Sheriff's Office says deputies were dispatched to a restaurant in Draffenville in reference to a female customer acting strangely. When deputies arrived, the woman was in her vehicle preparing to leave.
As a result of the ensuing investigation, deputies arrested 34-year-old Brandie Bailey for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs with aggravating circumstances, operating on a suspended or revoked operator's license, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Bailey was lodged in the Marshall County Detention Center.
