Calloway Road Closed Monday for New Bridge Work

A contractor plans to close Carlton Road in Calloway County starting Monday, January 23.

Keith Todd with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet says Carlton Road (CR-1411) will be closed to allow construction of a new bridge over the West Fork of Rockhouse Creek.   This is about 1/10th of a mile west of Collins Road.

Harold Coffey Construction Company, Inc., is the prime contractor on this $419,375 bridge replacement project. The target completion date is July 1.
