WKDZ is reporting that the man, Terry (Tom) Hooper walked away from the Better Senior Living home located on Shelby Street. A social media post says that Hooper was last seen Tuesday afternoon around 4:00. He was wearing jeans, a dark long sleeve button up shirt, hat, and sunglasses.
Cadiz Police say that Hooper signed himself out of the assisted living home on Tuesday afternoon, but they still want to locate him. They told West Kentucky Star that as of 4:00 on Wednesday afternoon, Hooper is still missing.
