The new technology is the first of its kind in western Kentucky. It allows customers to be assisted by a live bank teller on a high-definition touch screen.
The service will be available for extended hours, from 7am til 8pm Monday through Saturday, and 1-8 pm on Sunday. The usual self-service features are also available 24 hours a day.
Current locations where the new teller machines are in use include Ash Street in Benton, US 68 in Draffenville, North 12th Street in Murray, and Park Avenue in Paducah. Future locations will soon be operational in Calvert City and at a banking center to be constructed in Mayfield.
"Technology-based services allow us to be open extra hours for our clients. These machines will offer those added times each day and you will be able to talk one-on-one with a CFSB team member,” CEO Betsy Flynn said.
