Plotkin Pleads Guilty, Sentenced to 22 Years

CADIZ, KY - A woman accused of three counts of complicity to murder in connection to the deaths of a family in Trigg County has been sentenced to 22 years behind bars.

According to the Trigg County Circuit Court Clerk, Ann Plotkin pleaded guilty Friday to all three counts. Judge C.A. Woodall sentenced her to 22 years in prison on each count. The sentences will be served concurrently.

Emily, Lindsey and Joe Champion were discovered shot to death at their home on October 26, 2014. Ryan Champion was arrested October 31st, and Plotkin was taken into custody later that year for her role in the killings.
