Shawnee College Offers Truck Driving in Metropolis

In addition to the extension now offering a massage therapy program, Shawnee Community College’s Metropolis Extension Center will offer truck driving beginning this fall semester.  The program takes only 16 weeks to complete which includes a six-week program and a ten-week externship.  Classes will be held from 8 am-4 pm during the six-week program. 

The truck driving program schedule at the Shawnee Community College Metropolis Extension Center is as follows:

August 21st- September 29th
October 2nd- November 10th
November 13th- December 22nd

Truck driving is also available at Shawnee Community College’s Main Campus located in Ullin, IL. The program schedule is as follows:

August 14th- September 22nd
September 25th- November 3rd
November 6th- December 15th
