Six arrested in Marshall County sweep on probation, drug violations

Six probation violators were captured by members of the Marshall County Sheriff's Office, Benton Police and Probation and Parole officers.

50 year old Patrick Lemieux was arrested by Benton police on a bench warrant issued from McCracken County for probation violation.

During his arrest, Lemieux was found to have a quanitity of methamphetamine which also landed him a trafficking in a controlled substance charge, along with resisting arrest.

Also taken into custody with Lemieux was 44 year old Daundra Diehl of Benton, who was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Investigators said Diehl was currently out of jail on deferred prosecution for previous drug charges.

44 year old Donald Davis of Gilbertsville was arrested at an Owens Street residence on drug related charges including possession of a controlled substance and possession of mairjuana.

58 year old Anthony Albritton was arrested at a Gilbertsville Highway residence for probation violation.

43 year old Eugene Faust was arrested at a Hall Drive residence in Gilbertsville on a probation violation warrant from Marshall County and a probation violation warrant from McCracken County.

48 year old William Widmer of Benton was arrested on a probation violation charge.

All six were lodged in the Marshall County Detention Center.
