Metropolis man arrested on warrant from McCracken County

A man wanted on drug trafficking charges in McCracken County was arrested by Metropolis Police last Thursday.

34 year old Charles W. Agan of Metropolis was spotted sitting in a vehicle on Hayden Lane.

An officer approached and Agan exited the vehicle heading to his residence. 

He was told to stop and replied no and entered the house. Agan was found hiding in a closet in a bedroom. 

Agan was arrested for the warrant and also charged with resisting/obstructing arrest. He was lodged in the Massac County Detention Center.
