According to the McCracken County Sheriff's Department, the crash happned at around 7:50 am Friday, on US 60 at the intersection of Mayfield Metropolis Road.
Deputies say a vehicle driven by Jessica Pafford, 17, of West Paducah collided with a vehicle driven by Melanie Green, 34, of Kevil. Green was transported to Baptist Health ER with minor injuries. Pafford was not injured.
Both lanes of US 60 were blocked for approximately 30 minutes to facilitate treating the drivers and clean up.
