Traffic Stop Leads to DUI, Drug Arrest

A Ledbetter man was arrested early Tuesday morning on DUI and drug charges following a traffic stop.

The McCracken County Sheriff's Department says deputies stopped a vehicle at around 3 a.m. on Irvin Cobb Drive for registration violations.

Deputies said the driver, 25-year-old Kevin Page was driving under the influence. When asked to step out of the vehicle, Page reportedly dropped a small baggy of marijuana into the seat. Deputies said they also found nearly two grams of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia during a search of the vehicle.

Page was arrested and booked into McCracken County Jail on charges of trafficking in meth, DUI, possession of marijuana.
