During a search of the vehicle, one of the two passengers, identified as 43-year-old Brenda D. Middleton, was allegedly found to be in possession of a crack cocaine pipe and other drug paraphernalia.
Middleton was arrested and taken the the McCracken County Regional Jail, charged with first degree possession of a controlled substance (cocaine)-first offense, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
