A three vehicle crash created a traffic snarl on Lone Oak Road in Lone Oak Friday morning.  The McCracken County Sheriff's Deparmtnet says it all happened at around 7:20 am, at the intersection of Lone Oak Road and John E. Robinson Drive for a three vehicle accident.

Deputies say Andrea K. Waldon, 17, of Paducah tried to make a left hand turn from John E. Robinson Drive onto Lone Oak Road.  That's when she apparently pulled her vehicle into the path of a vehicle being driven by Andrew M. Ford, 27, of Hickory Ky., according to deputies.

Deputies say after the two vehicles collided they both traveled in a southward direction striking a vehicle driven by a Christopher J. McIntosh, 36, of Paducah.

McIntosh was in the turn lane waiting to turn from Lone Oak Road onto John E. Robinson Drive, according to deputies.  Waldon and Ford were transported to an area hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.

Both north and southbound lanes were reduced to one lane in the area of the accident for approximately 40 minutes.
