A three vehicle crash in McCracken County sent one person to the hospital.  According to the McCracken County Sheriff's Department, 54-year-old William Coley of Paducah was driving on Silk Tree Road just after 4:30 pm Friday, when his brakes failed as he was coming to a four-way stop at the intersection of Benton Road.

Deputies say Coley's vehicle rear ended a vehicle driven by 43-year-old Johnny Compton of Paducah.  That then caused Compton's vehicle to rear end another vehicle being driven by 53-yera-old John Draffen of Paducah.

Deputies say Compton was taken to Baptist Health for unknown injuries.  No one else was injured.
