Three people were injured in a four-vehicle crash on Cairo Road Thursday afternoon.
According to the McCracken County Sheriff's Department, at around 5 p.m. deputies responded to reports of a four vehicle collision on Cairo Road near Paducah Shooter Supply.
When deputies arrived, their investigation determined that a car, driven by 61-year-old Gloria Pounds of Paducah, had slowed or stopped due to traffic. A car behind her, driven by 41-year-old Michael Oreskovich of Paducah, was also slowing down. A third car, driven by 55-year-old Carolee Evans of Brookport, was behind Oreskovich's car when she struck Oreskovich's car. In turn, Oreskovich's car rear-ended the back of Pounds' car.
A fourth car, driven by 19-year-old Sarah Willie of Paducah, also struck the rear of Oreskovich's car.
Evans and her passenger, 51-year-old Danah Gill, were transported to Lourdes Hospital, and Pounds was transported to Baptist Health Paducah for treatment of their injuries.
