Three western Kentucky residents are facing numerous charges after a collision in McCracken County.

On Friday, McCracken County deputies were called to the scene of a collision, where one vehicle had allegedly left the scene.

Deputies said they located the vehicle that had left the scene a short time later. The driver, 41-year-old Karen Johnston, reportedly had three active warrants for her arrest.

A passenger in the vehicle, 30-year-old Damon Turner of Paducah, was allegedly the driver when they left the scene of the earlier collision. Deputies also said Turner was in possession of drug paraphernalia containing methamphetamine. 

Another passenger, 45-year-old Monte Clark of Grand Rivers, was reportedly found to be in possession of syringes containing suspected methamphetamine.

All three were lodged in the McCracken County Jail. Turner is being charged with possession of methamphetamine, leaving the scene of an accident, and resisting arrest. Clark is being charged with possession of methamphetamine. Johnston was served with the three unrelated warrants.
