Three Arrested on Drug Charges in McCracken County

A Marshall County woman, a Kevil woman and a Ledbetter man were arrested Monday on drug charges.

The McCracken County Sheriff's Department says detectives conducted an investigation Monday evening after getting information that Diana Herring had allegedly arranged a drug deal on the parking lot of a Paducah business on Murray Street. Detectives said they drove to the business and found Herring in a vehicle on the parking lot with two others. 

Deputies arrested Michael “Lucas” Oldham and Amy Curtin after a search of the vehicle revealed 21.8 grams of crystal meth, marijuana, amphetamine pills, Clonazepam pills and assorted items of drug paraphernalia.

Herring was charged with complicity to trafficking in methamphetamine. Oldham was charged with trafficking in methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Curtin was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of a 2nd degree controlled substance-amphetamine, possession of a 3rd degree controlled substance- clonazepam and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Oldham was on felony parole at the time of his arrest for possession of meth. Curtin was out on bond on a meth trafficking charge out of McCracken County.
