Southside Convenience Store Robbed

A convenience store on Paducah's southside was robbed early Saturday morning.

According to Paducah Police, a black male wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans entered the Fivestar Food Mart at 3474 Wayne Sullivan Drive, shortly after 1:30 am. He reportedly told an employee several times to give him all the money. The employee said the man then gave her a note demanding money.

The man fled the store with an undetermined amount of cash.
