Sheriff's Dept. Seeks McCracken Rape Suspect

Authorities in McCracken County are asking for the public's help finding a rape suspect.

The McCracken County Sheriff's Department says 29-year-old Marcellus Phagen is wanted on charges of 3rd degree rape and two counts of 3rd degree sodomy, in addition to a bench warrant.

Phagan is a black male, with shoulder length dreadlocks.

Deputies are asking that anyone who knows where Phagen might be to contact them at 270-444-4719 or Crime Stoppers at 270-443-TELL.
