A former teacher's assistant at Lone Oak Middle School has pleaded guilty to an indecent exposure charge.

Zachary Rudolph was in McCracken Circuit Court Thursday, where he entered a guilty plea to the charge before Judge Tony Kitchen.

The charges stemmed from accusations that he traded e-cigarettes for nude photos of underage victims. He was also accused of sending nude photos of himself to minors.

Rudolph had originally faced two charges of prohibited use of an electronic communications system to procure a minor regarding sex offenses and one count of distribution of obscene material. One electronic communications charge was amended down to indecent exposure and the other two charges were dropped as part of the plea deal.

Rudolph is set to be sentenced on March 10.
