Mauro Castano, who operates Carlo's Bakery in Hoboken, New Jersey and is featured on episodes of television show "Cake Boss" on TLC, visited Quilt City and presented his creation in the atrium of the Julian Carroll Convention Center. He was available to talk to fans during a meet-and-greet from 1:30 - 2:30 pm, prior to the presentation and cutting of the cake.
