The McCracken County Sheriff’s Department says they are looking for 25-year-old Terry M. Scates Jr.



Deputies say during the early part of November, the suspect reportedly entered a Paducah residence illegally, stole and damaged property belonging to the petitioner of an active Kentucky Emergency Protective Order, of which he was the respondent.



Arrest warrants have been issued, according to the Sheriff's Department, charging him with Violation of a Kentucky Emergency Protective Order, 1st Degree Criminal Trespass, Terroristic Threatening 3rd Degree, and Theft.



Scates is currently on parole, with numerous criminal convictions including: Tampering with a Witness, Terroristic Threatening, Criminal Trespass 1st Degree, Violation of a Ky EPO, numerous Contempt of Courts, Fleeing or Evading Police, drug charges, and Tampering with Physical Evidence.



Deputies say Scates is a black male, 6 ft tall, 180lbs.
