PREVIOUS STORY:Paducah police are requesting help in locating a missing teen.
13-year-old Robert M. Phillips was reported missing from his residence Thursday around 9:40 PM. He is described as a black male, 5' 6", 125 pounds with black hair above the ears and brown eyes.
Phillips was last seen wearing dark color jeans, black shoes with white accents and a black Chicago Bulls jacket.
