A Paducah woman pleaded guilty Thursday to stealing more than $50,000 from a family member.

Court records show 28-year-old Erica English entered a guilty plea in McCracken County Circuit Court to felony theft charges. The charges stem from an investigation that revealed she had stolen more than $50,000 from an elderly relative who she was caring for.

English was arrested in Nashville on Sept. 5. She faces a sentence of 30 months in prison and $25,000 in restitution as part of her plea deal.
