A woman contacted officers on Thursday saying that 22-year-old Montel Wiggins had been arguing with her 18-year-old son outside of her home. According to the woman, Wiggins then got into a car, circled the block, and fired numerous shots at the home and drove off.
Officers say they were able to locate six shell casings in the street outside of the home. The woman and her three children were inside of the home at the time, but no one was injured.
Paducah Police say Wiggins turned himself in to detectives on Tuesday.
He was arrested on warrants charging him with four counts of first-degree wanton endangerment and booked into the McCracken County Jail.
