Paducah Man Injured in Crash, Charges Pending

A single vehicle crash along the 1100 block of Clarkline Road in Hendron early Thursday morning injured a Paducah man.

According to the McCracken County Sheriff's Department, a vehicle driven by 27-year-old Nicholas Thompson, of Paducah, ran off the road and hit multiple trees.

Thompson was taken to Lourdes Hospital for treatment of his injuries. Deputies say speed and illegal drugs are believed to be factors in the crash and criminal charges are pending.
