Deputies say they were following up on a domestic violence and stalking complaint in the 700 block of Berger Road. While police were speaking to the victim, the alleged suspect of the original complaint, 35-year-old Robert C. Ingram, of Paducah, walked in front of the home.
Ingram was taken into custody without incident. He was lodged in the McCracken County Regional Jail on charges of violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO and 1st degree stalking.
