Police have arrested a Paducah man in a theft investigation at a Murray business.

The Paducah Police Department says detectives assisted the Murray Police Department with an investigation into a recent theft from Dev Source Technology Solutions in Murray. They arrested 19-year-old Trevon Elmore Friday afternoon in connection to the theft after executing a search warrant at his home on South 25th Street.

Police said they found a computer and other stolen items from the business. Officers also found a handgun and five rounds, marijuana packaged for sale and drug paraphernalia.

Elmore was booked into the McCracken County Jail on charges of receiving stolen property, trafficking in marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
