A Paducah man was arrested early Sunday morning on DUI and drug charges.

The McCracken County Sheriff's Department says deputies stopped a vehicle driven by 36-year-old Matthew Fuller shortly before 3:30 a.m. on Lydon Road for traffic violations.

Deputies said they noticed that Fuller had placed a meth pipe under his seat at the time of the traffic stop. A search of the vehicle reportedly revealed the pipe and a set of digital scales containing meth. Deputies said Fuller also failed a field sobriety test.

Fuller was arrested and charged with aggravated DUI, driving with a suspended license, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to notify address change to Department of Transportation, and failure to produce an insurance card.
