A Paducah man was arrested Tuesday on drug and other charges after a traffic stop.

According to the McCracken County Sheriff's Office, deputies say a vehicle was stopped for numerous traffic violations. Deputies say that 23-year-old Cory Phillips was operating the vehicle on a suspended license, and was found to be in possession of Oxycodone.

According to deputies, Phillips was also allegedly in possession of a laptop that had been reported stolen in September.

Phillips was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance first degree first offense, operating on a suspended license, receiving stolen property under $10,000, possession of drug paraphernalia, and failure to wear a seat belt.

Phillips was lodged in the McCracken County Regional Jail.
