McCracken Rollover Crash Injures Hickory Man

A man was hurt Wednesday morning after flipping his vehicle on North Friendship Road.

The McCracken County Sheriff's Department says emergency crews responded at around 9:30 a.m. to a crash at the intersection of North Friendship road and Seneca Lane.

Deputies said 75-year-old Edgar Rockwell of Hickory was driving north on North Friendship Road when he lost control as he entered a curve. He overcorrected and ran off the road, hitting an embankment and overturning. 

Rockwell was taken to an area hospital for treatment.
