According to the McCracken County Sheriff's Office, deputies responded Thursday night to a home on Columbus Avenue in Lone Oak where they found Jasmin Valijacic outside.
The caller told police that Valijacic had pointed the gun at her and demanded an item he thought she had. Although no weapon was found at the time, Valijacic was arrested for public intoxication and booked into the McCracken County Regional Jail.
Deputies said they later made contact with a driver who had dropped Valijacic off earlier and they found a gun in the vehicle. They also reportedly found drugs and drug paraphernalia after a further search of the home and vehicle.
Valijacic was cited at the jail for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of methamphetamine and wanton endangerment.
