At 4:00 PM, McCracken County Sheriff's deputies responded to the 400 block of College Avenue where they determined that thirty-year-old William Brown, of Paducah, failed to negotiate a curve on his motorcycle and ran into the side of a vehicle driven by 44-year-old Jennifer Dukes of Paducah.
Brown was cited to court for having no motorcycle license, a suspended operator’s license, and no insurance.
