Info Meeting Monday for 7-on-7 Soccer League

Paducah Parks & Recreation is coordinating a 7-on-7 (including goalkeepers) Adult Short-Sided Soccer League for 2018. 

Those who are interested can attend a Team Captain and Informational Meeting on Monday, April 23 at 6 pm at Parks & Recreation Office at 1400 HC Mathis Drive. The team captain or a representative from each team should attend. 

Team registration will open after the meeting and continue until the deadline, which is Tuesday, May 15. Teams may register at the Parks & Recreation office by paying a $200 fee per team.
 
Games will begin the first full week of June and continue through July. A night and location for the league is still to be determined, since Field 1 at Stuart Nelson Park is temporarily being used this summer by the Paducah Dog Park. Drainage improvement work is scheduled for the Dog Park for this summer. 
 
Anyone who wants to play and isn't on a team can contact Recreation Specialist Taylor Morsching to find a team to join. Taylor can be reached at 270-444-1331 or tmorsching@paducahky.gov. Individual registrations are not available, players must be registered on a team by the deadline.
