In an effort to keep visitors informed during the solar eclipse, the Paducah Convention and Visitors Bureau has created a Fact Sheet that will be given to everyone who checks in at a local hotel this weekend.

Hotels and flights are booked solid through Monday, with thousands of people coming to the path of totality to view the first total eclipse in the U.S. since 1979.

Numerous events are planned for Friday through Monday. The fact sheet includes information on them, as well as transportation options, medical facilities, wireless hot spots, and local agency phone numbers. Eclipse viewing tips and safety information is also included.
