According to Paducah Police, investigators with the department's Drug and Vice Enforcement Unit got a tip that 30-year-old Kelley R. Billington was selling Adderall, a prescription stimulant. Detectives said they set up surveillance at around noon Wednesday and saw Billington selling 25 Adderall pills.
Billington was arrested on a charge of second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance and booked into McCracken County Regional Jail.
