Gilbertsville Man Charged in DUI Motorcycle Crash

A Gilbertsville man has been charged with DUI after crashing his motorcycle.

On Saturday at 6:03 pm, the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office was called to an injury motorcycle crash in the 4000 block of Oaks Road.
 
According to deputies, 57-year-old Timothy D Edwards, was traveling south on Oaks Road when he left the roadway, ran into a field, and turned the motorcycle over.
 
Edwards was taken to Lourdes Hospital for treatment of injuries.  A continuation of the accident investigation at the hospital resulted in Edwards being charged with DUI.
