Talking about end of life care is never an easy topic to discuss with family members, but it’s something that should happen before it is too late. Lourdes Hospice invites the public to a free showing of “Consider the Conversation, A Film Documentary on a Taboo Subject” at the Maiden Alley Cinema in Paducah this evening at 6.

Consider the Conversation is a remarkable, thought-provoking film that looks at many of the issues we will all face at the end-of-life. It opens the floodgates of thought and conversation on this most difficult and often forbidden subject. The documentary helps illustrate the many areas of improvement in our health care system and will offer the tools, guidance and resources people need to begin talking with their loved ones about their wishes and preferences.

Doors will open 30 minutes prior to show time and professionals will be on hand to answer any questions. Each person that attends will receive a free "Conversation Starter Kit".
