Former Teacher Aide Gets 90 Days for Nude Photos

A former teacher aide at Lone Oak Middle School has been sentenced to jail for sending nude pictures of himself to students.

Zachary Rudolph pleaded guilty on Jan. 2 to a charge of indecent exposure. Court records show Judge Tony Kitchen sentenced him on Tuesday to 90 days in jail. 

Rudolph had originally faced two charges of prohibited use of an electronic communications system to procure a minor regarding sex offenses and one count of distribution of obscene material. One electronic communications charge was amended down to indecent exposure and the other two charges were dropped as part of the plea deal. 

The charges stemmed from accusations that Rudolph traded e-cigarettes for nude photos of underage victims. He was also accused of sending nude photos of himself to minors.
