As the name implies, Five Below offers an enormous selection of room décor, party supplies, tech, candy, clothing and more all at prices under five dollars each. Five Below currently has over 750 stores in 36 states.
The new 35,490 square foot store will be open by November, next to a new 24,000 square foot HomeGoods, in a space formerly occupied by Elder-Beerman. Cafaro announced the opening of HomeGoods in February.
The opening of Five Below and HomeGoods comes on the heels of other new merchants at Kentucky Oaks Mall this year, including Burlington, Ross Dress for Less, H&M and Shoe Dept. Encore. Discussions are also underway with other merchants and restaurateurs interested in opening for business at the mall.
