An inmate that escaped from the Keeton Correctional Facility in Paducah over the weekend is back behind bars.

Kentucky State Police say 33-year-old Frankie Lee Higdon was arrested Monday night in Louisville at approximately 11:50 pm by the Louisville Metro Police Department. Higdon was lodged in the Louisville Metro Department of Corrections.

Troopers said they received a call Saturday morning that Higdon, a Louisville native, was missing.

Higdon was serving time for 2nd degree burglary, tampering with physical evidence, and fleeing and evading police.
