Crash at Sports Plex Entrance Injures Four

A collision on U.S. Highway 60 Friday evening injured four people.

McCracken County Sheriff's Deputies were dispatched at 6:13 pm to Highway 60 near the entrance to the Sports Plex. Their investigation at the scene determined that 28-year-old Kristen English of Paducah was westbound on highway 60 when 78-year-old Luke Brown of Metropolis tried to pull across the highway from the Sports Plex. English said she had the green light, but could not stop when Brown pulled into her path, so their vehicles collided.

Brown, English and her two passengers, 16-year-old Robert Garnett and a 2-year-old girl were taken to Baptist Health Paducah for treatment of injuries they received.
