Coroner Confirms Death of Paducah Attorney

McCracken County Coroner Dan Sims has confirmed that an investigation is underway into the death of Paducah attorney Tod Megibow.

Sims says it appears that Megibow "passed late Tuesday." He would not comment on the cause of death, but said that foul play is not suspected.

Megibow's body was discovered in his law office Wednesday morning.
