The Community Foundation of West Kentucky will accept applications until 4 pm on February 13. Each application will be reviewed for eligibility. The organization must be defined as a tax tax-exempt charitable organization under Section 501(c) 3 of the Internal Revenue Code. It will be at the sole discretion of the Community Foundation of West Kentucky Grants Committee with the approval of the Board of Directors as to which applications are accepted and awarded a grant. There will be several $1,000 grants available.
Attendance at the Philanthropy 360 event on March 3 is required. It is at this event the grant awards will be announced and distributed. Alternates are chosen for those organizations not represented.
The event will be held at the Market House Theatre, 132 Market House Square, from noon to 1:30 pm. Lunch will be served with a RSVP. Any additional questions may be directed to Tony Watkins at 270-442-8622.
