City of Paducah Recognizes Garrett

As part of the city's Employee Recognition Program, the city of Paducah is highlighting Brandy Garrett.

Garrett recently celebrated her 13th anniversary with Paducah on June 8th.  

To those that know Garrett, they would call her determined. She was hired in 2006 as an E-911 operator and worked hard to eventually be promoted to supervisor.

In 2015 she started training to become a firefighter. With hard work and determination she was hired in January of 2016 by the Paducah Fire Department, and promoted to Relief Driver in December of 2018.

Garrett believes that being a firefighter is her calling. She loves serving the community and working with a great group of passionate professionals.
