The City of Paducah has released a progress report on their strategic plan from 2019.

The 23-page document shows which of 70 projects have been accomplished, what is on track, what is making slow progress and what is under-performing. They are grouped into four categories: growth, community, engagement and culture.

In a press release, City Public Information Officer Pam Spencer said the release of the report was so city leaders could show accountability.

On Saturday, city leaders participated in a planning retreat for 2020. City Manager Jim Arndt was set to lead the event, which was open to the public, and would revisit the objectives in the strategic plan so they could set priorities for this year.
